I had to speak with a branch manager at Scottrade yesterday since the call center folks dont seem to know anything. The branch manager said that he would speak to another department to confirm if my shares are in fact preferred shares. I explained to him that they were restricted preferred shares. He also had no information on how they would be converted assuming they are preferred shares. He also said that they appeared to have been unrestricted in the last year which contradicts what a Scottrade rep told me several weeks ago when I was told the restriction was not lifted. I never thought that these shares would be so annoyingly confusing to everyone involved. I will look for the PR with the 100,000 conversion promise. Could be on telecorp's site. But somehow I don't think that PR will make a difference. Everyone appears to be playing dumb right now as TLNUF rises and we all want our money back.
