Looking at filing from the other day the float may be significantly lower than I assumed.

Of the 8,981,501,513 shares outstanding 4,109,652,102 are restricted leaving 4,871,849,411 shares. 3,309,500,000 of those shares are owned by the CEO leaving 1,562,349,411 shares which may explain why this appears to trade so thinly.

If the CEO were to announce that he's cancelling his shares that would be huge!! IMO
