no. the reality is that nobody here bothered to look at the filings and accept the FACT written in them in black and white that there are over $400k in convertible notes and tens of millions of shares already issued but not converted and sold into the market yet by the note holders. those shares are coming. 50 mil shares given to just 1 of the noteholders alone. do you see the drop today on just 1 mil shares? ewll is going to subpenny. there are 100 mil issued and that does not include the shares that need to be issued to satisfy the defaulted note in excess of $200k. a lot of damage to the pps here, yet to come. i tried to tell the board. but, it's in the filings. read them and weep.
