So Peter Michaels has a title of Rafael? Pretty scary. So now we know he does completely control SFIV, along with Roger.

Since SFIV doesn't make money, I assume they will or already are using dilutive shares to pay the key executives of this little loser of a company, IMO.

I wonder if SFIV uses some of the similar shady attorney's that Peter Michaels (director of SFIV) is known to use at his other scams?
