the relationship to the previous trading days especially yesterday had little to do with the USPTO. the stock for the first time in a long time showed a real healthy trading day (yesterday). and the days before had a strong push towards the close to either ensure we closed up or closed near the open.
putting that aside for a moment, the questions here:
1. can MARA monetize on them, and show the ability to monetize over periods of time (license agreements).
2. will the CEO stop over promising
3. can MARA create and maintain support of its stock
