So I dont know precedent has been set but I will comment that there has never been a talk of efficacy in cancer with such a low patient population yet they talk about efficacy. What I do know is that if the trial data is statistically significantly higher than the existing data for keytruda and pushed the survival curve out a lot then we have a good case for registration.
