If that 700,000 is a real number... These cons have yet to reveal the terms of the TCA loan. They claim the first distribution was $700,000 bucks yet they have issued 100,000 shares of the series E preferred @ 3.00 bucks. That's not nearly enough to cover that 700,000, though that would convert to 3 billion shares or 300,000 worth @ .0001, TCA would demand much more. So it doesn't add up. Cold be, something this gang likes to do, is lie about everything giving false leads and false numbers making it a little tougher to track thins down. The SEC could of course just ask TCA.
