Part of the tanking in price was because up to a few months ago, company was essentially defunct..I personally had about 2 million shares and dumped when I found nothing was happening...I have since bought back because they are actually moving forward....Even if the float was 5 mil (which I don't believe it is) a rise from 5 to 21 million is nothing in the world of OTC....My only point is that I spend time looking for tell tale signs of dilution/toxic financing etc with any OTC stock I buy because 99% are toxic poo....None of those signs are present here, only reason I sold before was because if they were defunct, bid support would dissapear....Time will tell, my past experience with low floaters says, buy-hold and enjoy the ride when buyers come in
