I don't think it's a shell company. I have a friend that use to be a salesman for CAFS. They had high hopes. No pun intended. They could not get investors to invest or existing stores to convert to the CAFS brand and the company has basically faded away. They were always hoping for mj to be legalized in California and Nevada. That's when they expected the company to take off. I don't know what they have planned moving forward. It would be nice if they released a statement.
