Company? Hardly call this empty shell a company?

Companies conduct business JCDS doesn't have any provable or documented stream of income, no tax returns and has never in 20 years audited its financials.

At this point does anyone even care that Cary Allen or his disgraced daughter Katie through various means flip his worthless shell.

JCDS is loaded up waiting to sell not buy, Cary is just waiting for suckers to buy into his scam..

Cary could use a giant sucker to purchase, lets say 30,000 worth of this worthless paper..

Where would he find a sucker like that?
