No sure I understand this. The price of a unit of one share of common stock and a warrants to acquire 0.75 for each share of common stock was equal to the most recent closing price + 0.09375. I understand the part equal to the most recent closing + 0.09375. Sold for 0.09375 above market price.

On a separate offering to 10X Fund was the series B-3 convertible preferred. Sold 1008000 shares at 1$ each. Conversion rate is 1$ plus any unpaid dividend over $1.12375 convertible at 3$ per share. Am I wrong to assume they expect price to rise much higher in the future?
