An even better question is whether there's even a real company behind this shell. Other than officers resigning, we haven't heard anything from them for over a year. I got out over 18 months ago when it became clear they were lying about their licenses. I would stay away until/unless they release some real news that can be confirmed (e.g. they sell the shell to a real private company that wants to go public). JMO
