Try their twitter feed, that is where the CEO was concerned about the share price. Pretty laughable for a CEO to claim MM's are trying to hold the share price down.
The bid reflects what someone is willing to pay. The bid is still far too high for such a money-losing company.

As dilution ramps-up, both bid and ask will tank.
