Anyone buying the remnants of this company would have to be even dumber and more incompetent than Tammy (and that's saying a lot). Who would want to buy into that kind of operation? The "shell" is paper thin and I doubt there is much left that hasn't been sold off to pay for the former lease space. The last I checked, that property is still up for sale/lease.
