Who's Surprised?
76% of Arcam's shareholders stock it sold to GE and taken out of the market.
Many of the remaining shareholders that have not sold their shares do not intend to sell any time soon.
Lower float (self-inflicted) and long-term holders = low trade volume.
The company, Arcam, is still a good (great?) company with a very bright future.
Who's surprised and why is anyone lamenting about the low volume so soon after the completion of the offer when there's been little news to speak of?
