You would have to ask P2P about that since he's a pre-IPO member of Alzamend Neuro Inc.

For the record: I didn't ask about it on the phone but followed their online interest for investors and the link told me they were no longer seeking investors. Personally not expecting XCLK to own but think XCLK may be the paid marketer for them like the other connected companies CSOR and VapeNation. Guessing they're still a client.
