FACT: Temporarily revoked as it has been proven re registration is doable. XNRG was revoked only due to the lack filing, not for fraud.

Another FACT that can be found on the SEC website itself: If XNRG was acted upon for fraud they would be suspended and not revoked while an investigation into fraud was being conducted.

XNRG has never been investigated for fraud, temporarily revoked for the lack of filing.
