It is said that copying is a form of flattery. So SG is trying a "new"
business model. Well, this not new and it is a copy of the holding company created by none other than John Fife. A man we all love as the illustratus potentate of fraud Inc. So, lets not get all gitty about the "new" business model. When its too good to be true, its too good to be true.
