Another hope is that a merge partner approaches them. Then the buy would not have a consequence.

If I were a buyer with serious interest I would want to be in on the meeting with FDA, as opposed to after the fact whenconditions are set. Cemp management themselves would have little pushback power with FDA, but a bigger company could. 15k in dollars is puny.
