It is my understanding that AIC is a middle man for TPC and the energy..Which if AIC has to pre-buy the energy before they can sell to TPC clients, How much does AIC need for every million tpc sells ( only talking about TPC contracts to AIC) Does AIC get to pay for energy in installments?
