Why would they not, as per the restructure agreement they need to be fully reporting by March 31, 2017

Covenant to return to SEC Reporting: The Company has also covenanted to undertake the necessary steps to return to SEC reporting no later than 12 months from March 1, 2016.

Also need to have completed 2million in principle debt reduction
by Dec 31, 2016 under the same agreement
