OMG! Are we still having the same tired conversation? Read this from an old 10-K:

"The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Firefish Networks Private Limited, an entity formed under the laws of the nation of India."

Once and for all, Firefish Networks Private Limited is a subsidiary of Firefish, Inc! The "Private" in its name refers to it being a non-government company as it stipulates here: https://www.zaubacorp.com/company/FIREFISH-NETWORKS-PRIVATE-LIMITED/U72900MH2008PTC188118

The company is still active, and Harsh Shetty holds like 2/3 of the o/s so your continual claims that he doesn't care about shareholder value are about as true as your claims that Firefish Inc. and Firefish Networks Private Limited are two separate entities.

Is it possible to move on now? Sheesh!
