What this possibly means is that Lakshmi, may be a subsidiary of "privately" held Firefish and that the grant money was given to Firefish (the private India Corp) and not the publically held Firefish Inc., of which shares are publically held.
From the site you provided, I also noticed there was an "annual general meeting" was held in Sept. 2016 & the company is shown as "Not Listed" on any stock exchange.
Also, the company name shown is "Company Name:
FIREFISH NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED ". The company that developed the software (per the grant) for Lakshmi.
The only business shown for the publically held company (Firefish, Inc.) is the school run by the company (per info at OTC Markets). Kind of strange that a financial report was issued for the private company (March 2016) and not one for the public company as well. Which leads me to believe that Harsh is more interested in his own private enterprise and has abandoned the public company and its share holders.
WE MUST ALL REALIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOPE & EXPECTAION BASED ON GIVEN FACTS.
