$zmrk-stated-they-would-commence-the-audit-in-2015. It's now 2017 and still NO AUDIT.
Last June CEO Raymond Ruiz stated the audit and the registration (needed to uplist) would be finalized by September 30, 2016. Zalemark flat out lies to it's investors. An audit would reveal fraud. Zalemark can't have audited statements...the officers, directors and Steven Zale would go to prison. Steven Zale knows what that is like.
