.....who knows what lurks down deep........probably a lot of BAD energy company loans and freakish tax credit deals that ain't gonna ever get the credits....................and on and on............

......banking situations like FNBC rarely get better BEFORE they get worse.............and even if an angel investor steps in, with or without preferred stock....................current shareholders will get heavily DILUTED..............best case.......best case.....
