One has to keep in mind when using word association that underwriters and undertakers are and can be one in the same when it comes too the common task at hand.

Again this is an association and not to be taken literally. It is due too underwriters of public common shares that a private company will often have much better returns but if a bank is not willing to take all the risk often cause of the nature of the risk then someone has to step up to the plate and play ball.


This has often lead to great innovation and jobs but not always positive for the investor.
