Holder of over 17% of Bio-key stock, Mr. Kwok Fong Wong (age 53), also known as Kelvin, co-founded of China Goldjoy Group Limited in 1997 and has been its Chief Technology Officer. Mr. wong served as Chief Executive Officer of China Goldjoy Group Limited until August 3, 2015 and its Chairman from 1997 to August 3, 2015. Mr. Wong serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cybertouch-Tech Co., Ltd. He established the business of World Wide Touch Technology Group in 1997. Mr. Wong served as an Executive Director at World Wide Touch Technology (Holdings) Limited from July 17, 2009 to August 3, 2015. Since the establishment of World Wide Touch Technology Group's business in 1997, he played a significant part in the substantial growth of business of World Wide Touch Technology Group. Mr. Wong has over 14 years of senior management experience in manufacturing, supply chain and marketing functions in electronics and technology industries from World Wide Touch Technology Group. He was responsible for setting up manufacturing plants in Hong Kong and China and building an extensive network in the electronics and technology industries. Mr. Wong's substantial experience in the technology industry, including biometrics and payment systems and serving the Asian markets, broadens and strengthens the Board's collective qualifications, skills and experience. He has not held any directorships in any listed public companies in the last three years. He is the legal representative of World Fair Heshan. He is primarily responsible for the overall corporate strategies, planning, management and business development of World Wide Touch Technology Group. He has also been a Director of World Fair Hong Kong and Cybertouch since July 2002 and November 2002 respectively. He has been a Director of BIO-key International, Inc. since December 4, 2015. Mr. Wong is a standing committee member of the 8th Session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Heshan and the vice president and the president of the Association of Information Industry and the Manufacturing Branch Association of Information Industry of Jiangmen City respectively. Mr. Wong obtained a higher certificate in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic, (now the Hong Kong Polytechnic University) in October 1992.
