Yes, "the old shell game" might well apply. But then again this is a new twist, with shares seamlessly shifting from one company to another. Or perhaps there were errors in Nevada? Or perhaps we aren't understanding the Nevada SOS information? It would be nice to have some clarification from the company.

If I were holding MMHC or thinking of buying shares, I would want to get ahold of any and all corporate papers, both for the "dissolved" PROW/MBHC/MMHC (renamed Progress Watch on its deathbed) and for the new entity (which is either Medically Minded or Michigan Mobile and which evidently is the new company associated with shares of MMHC).

Does anyone have these documents? If so, please post them for us to see.

Or is everyone just hoping that with 500M A/S you can buy at 0.0007 and sell at 0.0011 and not have to think too hard about what is being pulled off? If so, note that there has long been a seller who seems satisfied to get 0.0005 for his/her shares... Seems to me that there needs to be sufficient buying to soak up all of this overhead supply. Without knowing the current O/S, it is hard to tell how many shares remain to be sold.

Caveat emptor!

I am obviously NOT an investment advisor.
