David Hunt has been involved in creating, financing and growing development stage enterprises in a variety of industries since the 1990’s. He has been a founder, investor, advisor and legal counsel for numerous public offerings and venture funds.

Mr. Hunt has participated in hundreds of millions of dollars in private equity and debt placements, private-to-public mergers, and IPO’s with various business development activities within the securities industries.

In addition to his entrepreneurial and advisory activities, Mr. Hunt has served as general counsel for a publicly reporting real estate company based in Los Angeles, California since 2004 and is principal of The Hunt Law Corporation, PC. His consulting and legal practice focuses on securities law and corporate issues including real estate development and construction firms. David’s practice emphasis is in early stage companies, small cap and micro cap publicly reporting companies.
