Once again ecte management decisions were made without any thought or they are just incompetent.

Prior to defending the case against the Manchester group and piss away about $100,000 on legal fees. Echo should have asked MTIA for a commitment that if echo prevailed that MTIA would go forward with the funding that they proposed to the noteholders. You guessed it they did not.its been more than 2 weeks since echo prevailing and no response from MTIA and echo running on fumes.
It appears that MTIA will no longer fund echo on the terms outlined to the noteholders or any funding to Echo. Too much distrust. As I stated in my previous message echo won the battle but their stupidity lost the war. Echo has to fend for themselves and with the current management the shareholders can not be very comfortable seeking new capital. They just might have to go back to the Manchester group to bail them out.How sad would that be. Nothing would surprise me with the knuckleheads on board making the decisions for echo.
As to the shareholders their probably is a good case to bring a shareholders suit for not disclosing key material information to the shareholders regarding why MTIA did not go forward with clinical trials and past and current management not disclosing accurately the performance of the CGM that Scott had previously told the shareholders.
It will not be long until the shareholders no their fate. The payment of the note is due by the end of Jan.
