Agreed.... this is big for little GOVX. Only happening b/c of new CSO imo. The overhang right now is the shares registered for sale. Only had like ~500k end of 3rd qrt. Need $$ for 2017. Could never understand why they can't attract a big pharma partner. What would b nice if a big pharma bought xxx shares for xxx $$. 2017 could b the start of something big.... been saying that for too long though.
