Sounds about right. This has always been my biggest issue with Sarbanes Oxley too. There is no materiality threshold if an "exception" is found when performing SOX testing (I.E. an improper or no approval on a invoice). LOL. Don't get me started on SOX. The kids don't understand it was passed to prevent wholesale fraud on a grand scale. Now I'm left explaining away 5% variances on OT and payroll taxes from one pay period to a next. Can we move it along please?
