It's clear you weren't apart of BVAP. Bad management across the board and it's all of their fault, including SETH. He's been pit on the bench before so why does this seem so unlikely.

On a business stand point, why are they letting someone that investors clearly hate stay on board? If it was my company, I would have tossed him along time ago.

With this in mind as well as how the merger occurred, I'm tempted to think that White Fox is involved in some shady stuff.
