[Scumbag Fraudsters]

Since I was lucky enough to not be a shareholder in this scam, I wasn’t following it closely.

I wasn’t really sure what the relationship was between scumbag Barton and Ken in MNZO.


I do know that in 2013 MDIN (which Barton owns) got involved in a deal with Ken Manzo, trading hundreds of millions of its worthless shares for the rights to manufacture its own lactose product if/when the engineered bacteria was eventually ready for production (which was supposed to happen in 2013). https://goo.gl/QGq5Dw


MDIN put out a PR on 5/29/13 that said

MedGen has closed a deal with the owners, and inventors of one of the most exciting health related patented processes in the US today. The product, developed in partnership with Celprogen, Inc. by it's co-inventor, pharmacist Kenneth Manzo.

Two months later, Aliton’s Pharmacy where Ken Manzo worked as a pharmacist, was raided by the FBI for filling phony Oxycodone prescriptions.


It seems a little too cozy that Barton worked with Manzo in college, squandered millions of MDIN shares to Manzo for nothing, and invested in another scam where Manzo was CEO before reportedly being charged with illegal trading.

Barton leaves a trail of fraud everywhere he goes, and Manzo is often implicated.

Gotta wonder who’s foolish enough to still be buying this shell.
