As far as I know both. They are trying to eliminate debt. CEO sent an email and seems confident they are going to have a better year.

I could buy 100k for $100 and have 10k afterwards... or wait and watch what happens.

I personally would like them to split, debt convert and then get in. Definitely worth keeping on watchlist though.
