fuagf -- the included menu was what every attendee got, each item served to all at the same time in the order shown, each clearing of the prior item and serving of the next item not unlike a mass commando raid ('remain completely still until we're done and you will not be injured'); that's how such are run -- and then there was that giant red shag carpet the high-heeled ladyfolk had to traverse to get their Mr. Trump® Wedgie Salad™, lol
