A lot of scams talk about reprocessing old mine tailings. The environmental rules make it awful tough to reprocess old tailings because there is mighty little precious metal relative to the other "stuff" - arsenic, lead, mercury. Tailings are best left alone.
Of course, the company has never provided any details at all about their supposed mine tailings project. Just like the S. Korean gold brokering....just enough hype to attract some foolish investment money, but not enough to attract the attention of three-letter agencies. Or so they think.
