There is ZERO chance Corley is going to against his own self interests and voluntarily surrender whatever shares he owns. An AS of 7 Billion is far too high. I've long recommended a Reverse Split of 100/1. That would leave an AS of 70 million. Those with a Million shares would have 10,000 and, at least in theory, the PPS would be .10. ... and Corley would not suffer anymore than any other shareholder. It may seem right or equitable that Corley give up his Billion or so, but it just isn't going to happen. If he had the least little interest in doing what was right, equitable or honorable, shareholders wouldn't be left in their present position: i.e. bags of untradable stock ... while Corley pockets all the money.
Since the company is obviously making money, if Coley consistently reported (i.e. full and consistent compliance with OTC standards) STAU should be easily able to maintain that PPS or more.
