my bet is someone sold for a tax loss then bought back in. just because someone bought a million shares means nothing. what does count is that the trading year is over for 2016 and itonis did not even care enough about it's share holders to give them an update. if they cared at all or there was any good news at all they could have put something out before some sold for the tax loss instead of holding. so I have to believe there is no good news at all.
