Xmas has come early, fellow shareholders. Thomas Braziel has been appointed receiver of Fund.com by the Delaware court.

On the NYS Supreme Court site, you can see documentation of his appointment, and what sort of powers that confers on him, as well as his motion to unseal the settlement with AdvisorShares.
