I think Meckler ( a 40%+) owner could easily sell the shell for a few million. They could also reverse merge one of his other companies into it.

I've been trying to do research Delaware rules and it looks like the company needs to stay around for 3 years from the time they file the certificate of dissolution. That gives them 2 more years to utilize the shell in one way or another. I'm hopeful that he will utilize the shell.

He owns 3DR Holdings, Asimov ventures. One of the companies that he invests through Asimov ventures would be a great company to use the shell imo.

Not many shares left either. After tax loss selling ends, it moves higher imo
