A number of states have or are contemplating the adoption of sobriety programs mirroring somewhat those currently in place in Montana, and North and South Dakota where we currently enjoy a significant presence. We are, of course optimistic about this expansion and are planning specific marketing, training and other programs to enhance the use of the Sweat Patch by these states.

Florida/Illinois/New Mexico/Tennessee/Virginia/Wisconsin/Washington/West Virginia are states that 24/7 sobriety program legislation has been introduced for first time programs, expansion of others and still more for the patch to be used in concert with current ignition interlock programs.

States are being offered huge grants. They won't say no. It has been proven that 24/7 programs lead to reduction in crime, fewer drug and alcohol related injuries and deaths, property damage and other social ills.
