Jadedsome, with the EGYF share structure & thoughts...

Just so you know, the Secretary of State (SOS) for where a company resides is the governing authority for the info regarding the Authorized Shares (AS) numbers. and not the Transfer Agent (TA).

EGYF is registered at the Nevada SOS as indicated below with an AS of 250 million shares (250,000,000):

The Transfer Agent (TA) is the governing authority for numbers regarding the Outstanding Shares (OS) such as the Restricted and Float shares.

Also, I'm not sure what's taking so long, but my feelings regarding EGYF are the same as I have previously posted. I truly believe that something major is going to transpire here between EGYF and Datatecnics. I am still expecting a major update from the company soon.

I must reiterate... I have no concerns with what I believe is going to transpire here. I think the situation will prove to be that we are in some very good hands.
