Many of us posting to this Board pointed out Kimmel's ripoff for months, but Seth Shaw calmly sat by and watched it happen! Shaw continued to collect his monthly paycheck and continued to publicly endorse his pal Josh Kimmel and BVAP!

But Seth Shaw is "innocent"....YEAH RIGHT!

Tell that to all the retail investors who got crushed as consequence of believing Seth Shaw's continuing wholehearted support of Josh Kimmel!
