Barrick is working diligently in order for the drill data of Pascua Lama to not be made available to the courts and in turn Mr Lopehandia and eventually the public.

The drill data should be given as Barrick has proven to be not truthful with their documentation with Pascua Lama and ownership of this project.

The undeniable fact remains, Barrick does not own the titles they list they own in their Pascua Lama regulatory documentation in all jurisdictions. Barrick has not mentioned in any regulatory filing (43-101 or SEC 6-K), the court ordered precautionary measure that is in effect against their Pascua Lama titles continuously since 2001.

The Precautionary Measure in C-1912-2001 has not been removed and Mr Jorge Lopehandia's name is still written on the margins of the Tesoro claims as being the valid legal title holder.

When will the BCSC act on Silver Wheatons falsification of the Pascua Lama 43-101 which again lists the inaccurate information with respect to title ownership?
