Looks like they revalued their inventory and took the full hit in cost of goods sold of Q4. That should be a one time effect.

"During last quarter of 2016 financial year Company conducted a comprehensive review of its product costings
and incorporated those new costings in valuing its finished goods and work in progress. As a result there was a
substantial increase to cost of goods sold during this period."
