Yes. Mr Lopehandia has indeed kept the precautionary measure in C1912-2001 in force against the titles Barrick fraudulently lists they own and can mine Pascua Lama with. Barrick again failed on November 25th 2016 against Mr Lopehandia in removing the Precautionary Measure from C-1912-2001. The BCSC fully knows Mr Lopehandia's involvement, the Chile Court Order and Barricks Fraud.

Interesting to hear the opinion that a judgement from the Supreme Court is required for Mr Lopehandia to be involved in C-1912-2001. Will be a great day when the BCSC learn Chile law the hard way.
