it means that our current IP license with CIT that we entered into when we purchased the Atmel touch sensor division assets in April 2015 has now been expanded to include the right to sublicense to others, Previously the IP license gave us a right to use the technology and “have made” (enter into contract manufacturing arrangements with third party manufacturers). We now have the right to sublicense the technology and potentially collect royalties if we enter into a sublicensing arrangement.
