EVEN THE MANAGEMENT AND BOARD KNOW THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS IN 2017!!!

They are just hanging on hoping for an OUTSIDE miracle, because Nancy and Ash can't figure out what to do on their own.

2017 will be a BAD NEW YEAR for holders, as we see under $1.00 by March; a reverse split by the summer; and RECEIVERSHIP (Chapt. 11) when all of the debt comes due.

And with a 10 year record of LOSSES and DECLINING SALES RATES; no bank will touch these losers !!!
