I believe it has to do with the uplist. Total guess but I believe the deal is announced with or shortly after the uplist/offering. Brent Willis referred to Dan Epstein as the "former" CEO of Marley at the LD Conference. I think the pr's will start to fly after they are on Nasdaq. Hensley distributing Xing and Marley is huge. I believe they are the largest distributor of Budweiser in the country....just one more connection we make through Willis. Coke and Inbev experience is coming into play big time.
